WELCOME TO CULVERS END COTTAGE.

 

This attractive self-catering holiday cottage is built from the local rosy red sandstone and forms part of a terrace of Victorian village homes in an unspoilt village.

 

Culvers End Cottage is furnished and equipped to a good standard to provide a comfortable holiday home.  It is close to the Quantock Hills, Exmoor and the North Somerset coast, offering good walking and sight seeing.  A special local attraction is the West Somerset Steam Railway which runs between Taunton and Minehead during the summer months, with a halt just 1.5 miles from the cottage.

 

The village of Halse is pretty and peaceful, and has a friendly village pub offering country ales, bar snacks, and dinner in the evenings.  The nearest shop is in the village of Bishops Lydeard, 2 miles away.
